Terms and Conditions of Use for Silka Group Platform

Preamble: By clicking the "I Agree" button within the Silka Group platform system, you acknowledge and pledge your full and irrevocable agreement to all the following Terms and Conditions:

First: Nature and Activity of the Platform The Silka Group platform aims to support, display, and sell handmade products, craft items, and eco-friendly goods, including but not limited to:

• Handicrafts.

• Crochet and Khayamiya (Tentmaking) products.

• Accessories.

• Environmental and natural products.

• Heritage and Bedouin products.

• Gifts and artistic works.

Second: Platform Obligations

1. The Platform provides a suitable electronic display space to showcase subscribers' products.

2. The Platform reserves the full right to accept or reject any product that does not meet quality standards or the publishing policy.

3. The Platform reserves the right to block or delete any account that violates usage policies.

Third: Subscription Conditions

1. Subscribers must register with correct and permanent data and provide necessary documents proving their identity and activity.

2. The Subscriber declares that no criminal judgments or cases involving moral turpitude or dishonesty have been issued against them.

3. The Subscriber pledges that the submitted products are of their own making or from legitimate sources.

4. The Subscriber commits not to create more than one account on the Platform. In the event of detecting multiple accounts, the Platform has the right to close all accounts and take necessary measures.

Fourth: Conduct and Usage

1. The Subscriber commits to the proper use of the Platform and to not violating laws or harming other users.

2. The Subscriber commits not to misuse the Platform’s services in any form, whether technical, advertising, or commercial.

3. It is strictly prohibited to defame the reputation of the Platform, its employees, or representatives, whether in writing, verbally, or via social media.

4. In the event of any abuse or violation, the Platform has the right to take immediate measures, including:

   • Account suspension without prior notice.

   • Revocation of membership.

   • Application of a financial penalty determined by the Platform according to the magnitude of the violation.

   • Taking appropriate legal action.

Fifth: Data Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

1. The Subscriber is obligated to fully maintain the confidentiality of any data or information belonging to the Platform or its users.

2. It is prohibited to use any data, images, or materials belonging to the Platform outside its framework without prior written permission.

3. All trademarks, designs, and artistic/technical content are owned by Silka Group and may not be copied or reused.

Sixth: Subscription Fees The Subscriber shall pay a sum of 1,000 EGP as a setup and joining fee to the Platform. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances and is considered a pure right of the Platform.

1. Prevention of Misuse: It is prohibited to use the Platform for any illegal activity, selling products that violate the law, misleading customers, or impersonating an incorrect professional or vocational status.

2. Commitment to Product Quality: The Subscriber commits to providing authentic handmade products of suitable quality, free from fraud or deception.

3. Images and Content: Product images must be real and produced by the Subscriber. The Platform has the right to delete any violating content.

4. Additional Fees: The Platform has the right to impose fees for advertisements, promotion, or any additional paid features.

Ninth: Warranties and Rights of Silka Group Platform

1. Right of Suspension or Cancellation: The Platform has the right to suspend or cancel the account of any subscriber who violates the conditions without refunding any amounts.

2. Legal Liability: The Subscriber alone bears full responsibility for the quality of their products, pricing, and dealings with customers.

3. Content Ownership: The Subscriber agrees that any images or data provided may be used by the Platform in offers and marketing, without violating privacy.

4. Amendment of Conditions: The Platform reserves the right to amend any conditions at any time, with notification to subscribers.

Specific Clauses & Policies:

• Quality Control Clause: The Platform has the right to inspect products before display. If a product is below the required quality, it will be rejected immediately. Repeated violations will lead to permanent account suspension.

• Copyright & IP Protection Clause: The Seller is fully responsible for ensuring their products do not infringe on any trademark or design owned by others. Any IP complaint will result in account suspension pending resolution.

• Mandatory Updates Clause: The Platform has the right to update policies at any time. Continued use of the account is considered agreement to any new conditions without referring back to the user.

• Additional Fees Policy: Additional service fees may be applied for ad visibility, photography services, and product delivery.

• Anti-Fraud Clause: Any attempt to exploit the system, such as unjustified price hikes or adding fake reviews, will lead to immediate account closure.

• Returns & Refunds Policy: In the case of a customer returning a product due to a defect or misleading description, the Seller bears the return cost. The Platform has the right to deduct the fine directly.

• User Safety Agreement: It is prohibited to sell any products that are dangerous or non-compliant with the Platform’s safety standards. The Seller is responsible for any damage or harm resulting from the product.

• Legal Documents Requirement: The Platform has the right to request any additional documents.

Seventh: Undertaking and Non-Retraction (Final Clause) By clicking the "I Agree" button, the Subscriber is bound by a final, irrevocable commitment to all the mentioned conditions. This action serves as a binding electronic signature carrying full legal effect.
